The more our client know about the stage of development, the fewer questions and more trust is what they have. We do not believe in giving surprise elements.     We work with industries of different sizes, right from start-ups to small to mid-sized companies to large organizations. Our processes are well defined as we understand the business operations of each size of business and as Transparency is our core value, we make processes extremely crystal clear. When it is a Start-up our focus is on strategy consultation and lot of efforts are given on brainstorming and analysing of requirements as we know it starts from just an idea and eventually becomes a full fledge product. As systems are not in place and there is no reference, our analysis, defining the scope and delivering MVP (Most Viable Product) becomes very crucial deliverable for a Start-up.
  • Development Cycle
    A Software’s development life cycle is composed of a number of clearly defined and distinct work phases which are used by systems engineers and systems developers to plan for, design, build, test and deliver. We understand that computer systems are complex and often link multiple traditional systems potentially supplied by different software vendors. To manage this level of complexity, a number of SDLC models have been created and we at TechnoSouls, work on several such models like Agile-Scrum, Waterfall, RAD depending on size and nature of project.
  • Staff Augmentation
    We have a wide spectrum of IT professional who can join your team to fill skills gaps and accelerate projects with aggressive timelines. We make sure we are transparent in this process as we share bios of our resources and proper care is taken while assigning any resource on any particular project. Their experience, skill set and domain expertise is taken in consideration which is shared with our client on real time basis.

    When we work remote, we understand the inhibitions our client can have with regard to work done on their project. We follow transparent communication pattern where we adapt to all means of communication followed at the client end to make sure, it is smooth for them. Our reporting and status updates are communicated on regular interval as decided for a particular project. At given point of project, our client is aware of each stage of project so that they can focus on what they know the best, their own business, while trusting us on technical and digital transformation part.
